BMS-ANed has working groups (three at this point) to cover specific subdisciplines. Each of them usually organizes one or more conferences or symposia every year. The current working groups are:

• Biometry Colloquium Wageningen (focussed on agricultural and environmental applications); 

• Medical Statistics working group (geared toward medical applications); 

• Pharmaceutical Statistics and Data Management (PSDM).

BMS-ANed members who would like to start a new working group for a particular biometric area of expertise are invited to contact the board.
